Terms of Service
Last updated: July 17, 2026
These terms govern your use of the Handlebar AImissed-call text-back and booking service (“the Service”). By using the Service, you agree to them. Questions? Email acollinhardwick@gmail.com.
The Service
Handlebar texts back the callers a shop misses, holds a conversation, books jobs on the shop’s calendar, sends review requests and win-back messages, and provides a monthly report. Features may change as we improve the Service.
Pricing and billing
- Setup: a one-time fee of $997.
- Monthly service: $397 per month.
- Month-to-month. No contract. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future monthly charges. Fees already billed are non-refundable except where required by law.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate business and contact information and keep it current.
- Use the Service only for lawful communications with your own customers and prospects, and follow all applicable laws, including those governing text messaging and telemarketing.
- Obtain the consents required to message the people you ask us to contact on your behalf. See our SMS Terms.
Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to send spam, unlawful, deceptive, or harassing messages, or to contact people who have opted out. We may suspend or end the Service for violations.
Third-party services
The Service works with third-party tools such as telephony/messaging carriers and calendar or booking providers. Their terms and availability are outside our control.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that every call will be captured or that any specific number of jobs will be booked. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Handlebar AI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the three months before the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the “Last updated” date shows when. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
